Festival Reception 3:00 pm
Concert 4:00pm
Imperial Dinner at Grand Rotunda, City Hall 6:00pm

The San Francisco Symphony celebrates Chinese New Year as we usher in the Year of the Snake. The afternoon begins with a family-friendly Festival Reception, complimentary to all ticket holders throughout the grand lobbies of Davies Symphony Hall. The Festival Reception includes new years savories and desserts, lion-dancing, Chinese calligraphy, tea bars, good luck symbols, and lucky red envelopes. The concert is an exciting east meets west musical fusion and will feature Mai-Ann Chen, making her conductor debut on the stage of Davies Symphony Hall.

For those seeking a more formal way to celebrate the New Year, tickets are also available for the Imperial Dinner. Held in City Hall, the Imperial Dinner brings together over 400 of the most influential business and philanthropic leaders in the Chinese-American community. Guests enjoy a multi-course seated dinner and a surprise entertainment element caps off the night. For tickets, please call the Volunteer Council at (415) 503-5500.
