Salesforce, a vocal advocate for using its platform for change, has remained dedicated to supporting the Asian community and amplifying the voices of its Asian employees. Additionally, through Salesforce’s Racial Equality and Justice Taskforce, we, as a company, have been working to effect systemic change by focusing on four pillars: people, philanthropy, policy, and purchasing.
Asiapacforce is a unifying resource to empower Salesforce employees, the Asia Pacific community and allies globally. At Salesforce, there are 13 ERGS that support its employees, including but not limited to Outforce, Boldforce, Vetforce, and Abilityforce. Asiapacforce was one of the original ERGs founded at Salesforce dating back to 2017 and is a community of over 5000 employees around the world
Based on Salesforce’s 1-1-1 business model, Asiapacforce members continue to dedicate their time to support nonprofit organizations such as AAJA, AAAJ, Gold House, Dear Community, Asians Are Strong, and Stop AAPI Hate.
Salesforce is floating into this new year by celebrating the longevity, peace, prosperity, and many contributions of the Asian community in San Francisco and our global community.
