If your school or community organization wishes to be considered for participation in the 2020 Southwest Airlines Chinese New Year Parade, you must submit an application.
Paper applications are no longer accepted. We have moved our application process online, making it easier to submit materials and reapply from year to year.
Here are the steps to start the application:
1) Go to www.getacceptd.com/chineseparade
2) Select the CNY Parade Application under “Start an Application” and click to apply.
3) Login to your Acceptd account and start the application. If you are new to Acceptd, click on “Sign Up!” and follow the instructions to setup the profile.
4) Fill out the application, submit with payment, and that’s it.
- The deadline to submit the application is by October 31, 2019. Letters of acceptance or denial will be sent in early December. Only applicants who are accepted will be invited to participate in the parade.
