Salesforce, a vocal advocate for equality and firm believer in the power of using its platform for change, has remained dedicated to supporting the Asian community and amplifying the voices of its Asian employees. Additionally, through Salesforce’s Racial Equality and Justice Taskforce, we, as a company, have been working to effect systemic change by focusing on four pillars: people, philanthropy, policy, and purchasing.
At Salesforce, 13 Equality Groups support its employees, including but not limited to Asiapacforce, Outforce, Boldforce, Vetforce, and Abilityforce. Asiapacforce was one of the original Equality Groups founded at Salesforce in 2017. Today, it is a community of over 5,000 employees around the world. Asiapacforce is a unifying resource to empower Salesforce employees, the Asia Pacific community, and allies globally.
Based on Salesforce’s 1-1-1 business model, Asiapacforce members continue to dedicate their time to support nonprofit organizations such as Asians Are Strong, Cameron House, CYC, Dear Community, and Welcome Home Project.
Salesforce is floating into the New Year by celebrating the longevity, peace, prosperity, and many contributions of the Asian community in San Francisco, our global community, and beyond.
